Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 14 September 2025

At Kalyani Jeweller, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Policy

  • All products are non-returnable and non-refundable by default.

  • No cancellations are allowed once the order has been placed and processed.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of:

    • Product received is damaged, or

    • Product received is different from what was ordered


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Strict)

To be eligible for any return or exchange, you must have a clear, continuous, single-take unboxing video recorded:

The video must show:

  • The sealed parcel with visible shipping label

  • Opening of the package

  • The product being taken out

  • The defect/damage or wrong product clearly visible

  • All tags and original packaging

No unboxing video = No return or exchange will be accepted (no exceptions).


3. Exchange Policy (Damage / Wrong Product Only)

  • Exchange is applicable only if:

    • The product is damaged, OR

    • You received a wrong product

  • To request an exchange, email us at:

Attach:

  • Mandatory unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Return & Refund Policy

In cases where return is approved (only for damaged or wrong product):

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

    • A refund will be initiated after deducting forward and reverse shipping/logistics charges.

    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Important Product Information

  • Product descriptions include color, fabric, fit, and care details.

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

  • Handcrafted or embroidered products may have minor natural variations which are not defects.


6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except if damaged or wrong item received with unboxing proof:

  • Customized / made-to-order products

  • Products bought during sale, clearance, or special offers

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (if any)

  • Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)


7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Payment or fraud verification issues

In such cases, a full refund (if paid) will be processed.


8. Legal Compliance (India)

This policy is framed in accordance with:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian laws.


9. Final Authority

Classic Elegance reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
