Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kalyani Jeweller, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy

All products are non-returnable and non-refundable by default.

No cancellations are allowed once the order has been placed and processed.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Strict)
To be eligible for any return or exchange, you must have a clear, continuous, single-take unboxing video recorded:
The video must show:

The sealed parcel with visible shipping label

Opening of the package

The product being taken out
-
The defect/damage or wrong product clearly visible

All tags and original packaging
❗ No unboxing video = No return or exchange will be accepted (no exceptions).
3. Exchange Policy (Damage / Wrong Product Only)

Exchange is applicable only if:

The product is damaged, OR

You received a wrong product

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return & Refund Policy
In cases where return is approved (only for damaged or wrong product):

The product must be:

Unused

In original packaging

With all tags intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

A refund will be initiated after deducting forward and reverse shipping/logistics charges.

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Important Product Information

Product descriptions include color, fabric, fit, and care details.

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

Handcrafted or embroidered products may have minor natural variations which are not defects.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except if damaged or wrong item received with unboxing proof:

Customized / made-to-order products

Products bought during sale, clearance, or special offers

Gift cards

Personal care items (if any)

Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Stock unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Payment or fraud verification issues

In such cases, a full refund (if paid) will be processed.
